True Stillness Method
十方隐没 Shifang Yinmo

The True Stillness Method is the foundation of all practices within The Great Nature Path. The name Shifang Yinmo contextually translates as "10 directions disappear", which is the whole point of actual meditation. Meditation "occurs" when the six senses are no longer stimulated, and pulling your attention all over the place, internally or externally. Thus, the method of Shifang Yinmo is to help you develop a deep enough focus, an "unmoved mind", so that meditation can be "achieved".  Watch the video below, "Meditation is not the doing", for a clear explanation about meditation.
