I am a practitioner and teacher of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping. For over 20 years, I have guided individuals in using tapping to regulate the nervous system, release stored stress, and cultivate deep energetic balance. My approach integrates elements of somatic awareness, breathwork, and the natural rhythms of the body’s energetic field. I believe tapping is a powerful tool for self-regulation, clearing old patterns, and aligning with one's innate flow. Through my work, I help people integrate tapping into their daily lives as a simple, accessible practice for transformation and healing.
